- The owner/head baker/decorator Nicole has been baking since she could wrap her little chubby baby fingers around a spatula. She is a mad scientist in the kitchen, combining flavors and creating masterpieces that only Einstein could have thought up. Okay, not really Einstein...Decorating is her favourite thing to top off the wonderful mini cakes that her fans have come to know and love (and beg for every other week!) She has a steady client base that includes new friends and the neighbors who used to be "forced" to try her new concoctions! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Nicole works closely with her Art Director/decorator/designer for logos, decoration ideas (they have to come from somewhere) and fliers.
